2023 YILINDA 185 ADADA ÖZEL HAVUZ BAKIMI PROSEDÜRÜ

RE.:   INFORMATION TO OWNERS.

NEW RULES FOR PRIVATE POOL  IN  LAND  185, FROM APRIL 1ST 2023.

Following Pool procedures approved and decided at our AGM March 25th, as Pool work are not any longer part of the maintenance fee.

  1. Owners who wish to have their pool filled and serviced by Goldcity technical pool staff, they must apply and pay for required length of service.
  2. Goldcity Owners Desk require 10  days   notice  in order being able to fill up and prepare the pool prior to Owners arrival.
  3. Owners to make prepayment one week prior to their arrival for the period they wish to have pool service. Minimum payment period is 1 month,  from date to date.  ( if you stay 6 weeks, you have to pay for 2 month)
  4. The pool work will consist of: -Before first filling in a year thorough cleaning and white wash of Pool.  -Daily maintenance  and check up,  -Water filling and

preparation, -Regular PH control, -Engine front bascet cleaning, -Sand filter cleaning, -Periodic maintenance of engine parts, -Elimination of  deficiencies of electric installation equipment and maintenance, -Pool chemicals and other materials not mentioned in item 5. 

  1. Following not included: -Replacement of tiles,  -Renewal and maintenance of engine (motor),

-Changing out valves,  -Changing out of filters, Renewal of Pool led lighting lamps.

  1. When Owners are going home after their period, they are recommended to inform Pool man to take water out.   Water price:  15,60 TL/m3.   The pool filled take ab. 45m3 which cost ab. 700 TL.   If Owners wish pool service during their period away, it cost in low season:    2.000  Tl,   and in high season   3.900 TL.                         

      By taking water out the Owner will save  in low season: ( 2.000 TL – 700TL) 1.300 TL and in High season: (3.900 TL-700TL)  3.200 TL per month.

  1. The cost for Pool service by Goldcity. In high season: July, August, September:          3.900 TL  pr.month.  The cost are higher from pool competiters from outside.

      In all other month   2.000 TL.   

      Payment to be addressed to:   Online Bank Account Goldcity.   If Owners are here they may pay direct to Goldcity  Owners desk.

 

  1. 8. Owners may decide to do all the Pool work by themselves.
